  2. It's 1 can of french onion soup.
  3. It's 4-6 slices of provolone cheese.
  4. Prepare 1-2 of onions sliced thin.
  5. You need 3-4 Tbsp of butter.
  6. Prepare of Dijon mustard.
  7. You need of Everglades seasoning.
  8. You need of Italian seasoning.
  9. It's of Thyme.

French Onion Pork Chops step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Lightly season pork chops with Everglades seasoning, Italian seasoning, and Thyme.
  3. In an oven safe pan melt butter on the stove top at med-high heat.
  4. Caramelize onions in butter, remove to a bowl and set aside.
  5. In the same pan quickly brown the pork chops on each side, remove to plate and set aside.
  6. In the same pan add the french onion soup and caramelized onions.
  7. Spread 1/2-1 Tbsp of Dijon mustard on each side of pork chops and place back into the pan.
  8. Put pan into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and cover each pork chop with 1 slice of provolone cheese.
  10. Put the pan back into the oven and change the oven temp to broil. Broil pork chops until the cheese is melted and has lightly browned.
