- Prepare 4-6 of boneless pork chops.
- It's 1 can of french onion soup.
- It's 4-6 slices of provolone cheese.
- Prepare 1-2 of onions sliced thin.
- You need 3-4 Tbsp of butter.
- Prepare of Dijon mustard.
- You need of Everglades seasoning.
- You need of Italian seasoning.
- It's of Thyme.
French Onion Pork Chops step by step
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lightly season pork chops with Everglades seasoning, Italian seasoning, and Thyme.
- In an oven safe pan melt butter on the stove top at med-high heat.
- Caramelize onions in butter, remove to a bowl and set aside.
- In the same pan quickly brown the pork chops on each side, remove to plate and set aside.
- In the same pan add the french onion soup and caramelized onions.
- Spread 1/2-1 Tbsp of Dijon mustard on each side of pork chops and place back into the pan.
- Put pan into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cover each pork chop with 1 slice of provolone cheese.
- Put the pan back into the oven and change the oven temp to broil. Broil pork chops until the cheese is melted and has lightly browned.
