  2. It's 400 grams of red potatoes (6-9 small).
  3. You need 1 packages of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing & Seasoning mix.
  4. You need 1/4 cup of water.
  5. You need 5 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.

Ranch Roasted Pork Chops and Red Potatoes step by step

  1. Rinse and slice potatoes into bite sized pieces.
  2. Mix olive oil and Ranch Dressing mix in a bowl.
  3. Dip pork chops in olive oil mix to coat both sides and place in a baking dish.
  4. Put potatoes into olive oil mix, shake to coat and place around the chops.
  5. Add water and cover dish.
  6. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until chops are cooked through and potatoes are tender inside. Remove the cover after 30 minutes to allow the potatoes to get a little crispy.
