Sambal Goreng Ati Ampela Pete step by step
- Cuci bersih ati ampela, buang lemak²nya, usus pengikatnya boleh diikutkan masak sekalian, rebus dg daun salam dan sedikit garam, sampai matang, angkat tiriskan, siapkan bumbu halus.
- Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus sampai matang, tambahkan bumbu cemplung dan sedikit air, masukkan pete, aduk² masak sampai matang.
- Masukkan ati ampela dan usus, tambahkan gula, garam dan kaldu, lanjut masak sampai matang meresap, koreksi rasa, angkat, sajikan, taburi bawang goreng.
