Sambal Goreng Ati Ayam step by step
- Rebus ati ayam sampai matang, potong2 lalu goreng (jangan sampai kering agar tidak keras).
- Potong dadu kentang lalu goreng sampai matang.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, masukan irisan bawang putih sampai setengah matang.
- Masukan bumbu halus, petai dan daun jeruk tumis sampai matang masukan santan biarkan mendidih.
- Setelah mendidik masukan ati dan kentang aduk rata masukan gula, garam dan kaldu ayam.
- Masak sampai agak kering, angkat dan sajikan.
