Buffalo Baked Chicken with Gorgonzola step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 and spray a sheet pan with Butter Spray.
  2. Add the pork rinds, Italian seasoning, pepper, and garlic powder to a blender and blend until pork rinds are a fine powder.
  3. Whisk the butter milk and eggs together.
  4. Dip each chicken breast first into the butter milk egg mixture and then into the pork rind mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in a single layer on the greased sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes until chicken is cooked.
  6. Heat the Franks hot sauce in a pot until it is warm.
  7. Combine all of the Gorgonzola sauce ingredients in a small pan over medium heat . Stir for 4 to 5 minutes until the Gorgonzola cheese is melted and all ingredients are combined.
  8. Dip the chicken on both sides in the hot sauce.
  9. Drip the Gorgonzola sauce over the chicken.
