  1. Siapkan semua bahan2 yg sudah bersih. Udang dibuang kepala dan kulit punggung serta punggung udang dibelah tidak putus.
  2. Rebus spaghetti dlm air mendidih selama 12 menit (aldante : msh bisa digigit/tdk terlalu matang), sisihkan.
  3. Panaskan minyak dlm wajan menggunakan api kecil, masukkan irisan bawang putih, bawang putih halus, tumis hingga harum.
  4. Tambahkan chilli flakes (bubuk cabe) sesuai selera, saya sekitar 1 sdm.
  5. Masukkan udang dan tumis sampai berwarna merah, lalu tambahkan irisan sosis.
  6. Masukkan spaghetti yg sdh direbus lalu aduk perlahan, tambahkan garam, sejumput lada hitam (1 sdt), basil kering sekitar 1 sdt, parmesan cheese sekitar 5 sdm atau tergantung selera. Jika kurang oily, tambahkan kembali minyak olive oilnya, aduk perlahan sambil taburi irisan daun parsley segar, tes/koreksi rasa, matikan apinya. Siap disajikan dan hias sesuai selera.
