- You need of capsicum subzi.
- You need 250 grams of Green Capsicum.
- You need 2 tsp of Cooking oil.
- It's 1 tsp of Lemon juice.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- It's 1/2 cup of Fresh grated coriander.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need 1 pinch of asafoetida.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare of For -RICE KHEER.
- Prepare 1 cup of Cooked rice.
- It's 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- It's 250 ml of Milk.

Capsicum Subzi and Rice kheer instructions
- Wash and cut capsicum, heat the oil in pan, crackle cuminseeds, add cut capsicum pieces and saute untill they are soft. Add asafetida, termeric and close lid for two minutes cook. Then add salt lemon juice, coconut, coriander and mix well. Capsicum subzi is ready.
- Heat the ghee in a pan ghee roast dry fruits and add milk. Once it boils add cooked rice and cardamom and boil fir two minutes. Rice kheer is ready..
