Sambal Goreng Ati Ampela instructions
- Bersihkan hati ampela, potong sesuai selera, lalu rebus bersama garam, air asam Jawa hingga mendidih, angkat dan tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan bumbu halus dan daun salam, tumis hingga bumbu tidak berbau langu, tambahkan air.
- Masukkan hati ampela, beri garam, merica bubuk dan gula merah, masak hingga hati ampela meresap dgn bumbu.
- Masukkan, cabe merah dan bawang bombay.
- Koreksi rasa.
- Masak hingga air menyusut, angkat dan sajikan.
